KVK, Koderma Hosts Live Telecast of “Kisan Samman Samaroh”
Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Koderma, Jharkhand, organized a live telecast of the “Kisan Samman Samaroh” on February 24, 2025, where the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India released the 19th installment of PM-KISAN from Bhagalpur, Bihar. The event at KVK, Koderma was graced by Smt. Annapoorna Devi, Minister of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India, along with dignitaries including Smt. Anju Devi (Block Pramukh, Jainagar), Smt. Poonam Kujur (Additional Collector, Koderma), and officials from NABARD, DAO, and BDO, Jainagar. The programme began with a felicitation ceremony led by Dr. A.K. Rai, Head, ICAR-KVK, followed by a welcome address by Dr. Chanchila Kumari, who highlighted KVK’s objectives and activities. A total of 468 farmers and farmwomen participated. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Bhoopendra Singh, SMS (Horticulture), KVK-Koderma.
