Inauguration of the Entrepreneurship Development Programme on CRRI Bio-stimulants
Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) on CRRI Bio-stimulants was inaugurated by Dr. G.A.K. Kumar, Director, CRRI, on 14 July 2025. He emphasized the need and prospects for enterprise development in the biofertilizer sector and encouraged the participants to focus on the bankable business plan. Dr. Upendra Kumar (Course Director) described about the objectives of the project, and Dr. P. Panneerselvam (Course Coordinator) explained the plan for day-to-day activities in this program. Dr. Dibyendu Chatterjee (Course Coordinator), Dr. A.K. Mukherjee, and Dr. Biswajit Mondal (Co-PIs) of the project were present in this program. Participants have shared their interests and aspirations in attending this program. A total of 15 participants (14 male & one female), from eight districts of Odisha, have participated in this program. This project is supported by the Jaiva-Poshak project and organised in collaboration with the ABI Centre. This eight-day program is scheduled from 14-21 July, 2025.
