Mentorship Programme on Support Schemes for CRRI Agripreneurs 
A Mentorship Programme on Support Schemes for Agripreneurs was organized at ICAR–Central Rice Research Institute (ICAR-CRRI), Cuttack on 16 December 2025, with sponsorship from the Agribusiness Incubation Centre (ABI).
The programme was chaired by Dr. G.A.K. Kumar, Director, ICAR-CRRI, Cuttack, who emphasized the importance of creating meaningful impacts across both urban and rural communities through smart farming innovations and agribusiness development.
Mr. Chinmaya Behera, Additional Director of Agriculture, APICOL, Bhubaneswar, served as a key resource person and delivered an insightful session on support schemes for agripreneurs offered by the Agricultural Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha Limited (APICOL). Mr. Subash Kumar Sahu, IEDS, Assistant Director Grade-I, MSME, Cuttack, deliberated on various support schemes available for agripreneurs under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Biswajit Mondal, who served as the Course Director. Altogether 15 entrepreneurs from different parts of Odisha actively participated in the programme, making the interactions highly engaging and informative. The programme was successfully coordinated by Ms. Shruti Snata Panda of ABI.
