Coastal Rice Research Station, ICAR\u2013CRRI. During the programme, farmers were sensitized to the importance of soil testing, balanced fertilizer use, integrated nutrient management, and the efficient utilization of fertilizers and organic nutrient sources to sustain soil health and enhance crop productivity. The team also emphasized the importance of green leaf manure crops in improving soil health and reducing the excessive application of synthetic fertilizers.
