The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sudipta Paul and Dr. Biswajit Mondal, who interacted with the farmers on the adoption of improved technologies in rice-based production systems.\r\nThe workshop provided a platform for farmers to share their experiences, challenges, and suggestions related to rice cultivation and associated farming systems.
