Resource persons included Dr. Upendra Kumar, Dr. Pratap Bhattacharyya, Dr. Manas Kumar Bag, Dr. Sai Krishna Repalli, and Shri Munael Mohanty.\r\nThe programs were led by Dr. Upendra Kumar as Course Director, with Dr. A. K. Mukherjee and Dr. Sudipta Paul serving as Course Co-Directors. The initiative focused on building a stronger statewide supply chain for CRRI's biofertilizers and decomposers in Odisha.\r\nParticipating dealers showed strong interest in collaborating with ICAR-CRRI to market these bio-products. Dr. G.A.K. Kumar, Director of ICAR-CRRI, highlighted the vital role fertilizer dealers play in establishing an efficient distribution system to deliver these sustainable inputs directly to farmers.\r\nThese workshops were held as part of the \u2018Jaiva-Poshak\u2019 Project, funded by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment (DAFE), Government of Odisha.
